Wisegiga enables administrators to register users, create shared folders, and share data. Access to the shared folder can be controlled for the safe sharing of shared data. Users registered with Wisegiga may have their own exclusive folders. Users can use storage memory allotted to them in exclusive and shared folders with a folder name identical to the registered ID. The shared folder created by an administrator is used for managing files and data to be shared, apart from user exclusive folders. Shared folders for different genres and fields can be created and used as needed. Access Control : Access and data usage authority can be set on shared folders depending on the user. [Read Authority] Users with shared folder access have the authority to access data and execute registered data immediately or download it for reading later. [Read/Write Authority] Users with shared folder usage authority are allowed to access and upload their data / download registered data for sharing.
