WISEGIGA must be connected to an Internet line with a certified IP (fixed IP or Dynamic IP), and an environment supported by a VDSL or higher speed service is recommended.
CABLE or ADSL may also be used, but a speed difference may be felt.
If you have cable service, the port (#80) using the web is blocked; consequently,
when you connect to the domain, a separate detour port number such as
demo.wisegiga.net:8000 must be attached behind the domain to connect with the outside.
However, when downloading and installing the WISEGIGA connector, you can connect only with the domain.
Windows 2000 or a later version is recommended.
For Win98 users, all other functions provided may be used identically, but when a network drive is designated through Windows Explorer, a separate confirmation and setup are needed.
Once you download and run the WISEGIGA connector, you can connect to the network drive by registering the same ID as the user ID registered in the computer and WISEGIGA without a separate setup.
Explorer Version 6.0 or a later version is recommended.
In Explorer 6.0 or later versions, the operation of certain functions may not be clearly visible. This is not an error in the product but an issue in the Explorer version and should not be misunderstood. If your Explorer Version is an earlier version than Version 6.0, be sure to update it before using it.
