It is an Internet-based storage tool allowing users to also share large volumes of data with a high degree of convenience. [Wireless Lan Support] The Wisegiga Wireless LAN can be operated in the two ways, using either the Access mode or the Client mode. The AP mode is wired to the Internet, providing Internet services to other Client Wisegiga Wireless or Wireless LAN PC and other wireless LAN devices. The Client mode is connected wirelessly to other AP designations, relaying the Internet services to wireless LAN users and wireless LAN devices connected to the Wisegiga Wireless operated in the Client mode. [Printer Server] A USB Type printer server can be used. The USB port can have two printers directly connected for use, and if the two printers are used at the same time, Printer #1 should be installed in the lower port. [Backup Support] Using the two built-in USB ports, external hardware can be additionally connected to data backup. The external storage device connected through the USB port is recognized by Wisegiga as a separate folder, and can be used effectively for backup in a place other than the computer where Wisegiga's important files are being used. [Powerful Management] It provides a powerful administrator function that can be controlled anywhere through the Internet. Using the administrator’s web page, you can finish the setup from the user registration to network security simply with one operation. Since Internet-based automatic updates are possible, you’ll always be able to use the newest functions that are serviced. Do you want to grant different data access rights to each registered user? You now can! Simply create a group and selectively grant rights in the shared folder. [Webserver] You also can create your own unique website in the stable Apache Web Server. Used most widely around the world, the Apache Web Server we offer is renowned for stability and performance. You can operate your website without any cost for web-hosting service usage usually required for website operation. With PHP and MYSQL installed, even users not skilled in website creation have no problem in usage. [WiseFTP] The WISE FTP server allows data sharing anywhere in the world regardless of language. The FTP server is the most widely used file server, and is a type of file server that transmits data through the Internet. The Wise FTP, which was improved from the typical FTP that only allows access to user folders or all registered folders, is designed to allow a more effective use of data by accessing the user exclusive folders and shared folders with access rights. By using the FTP program, large volumes of data can be transmitted from anywhere in the world, and functions like drag & drop and linked reception are supported. [WiseDDNS] Regardless of the fixed/floating IP, you can connect with your own domain anywhere and anytime. Regardless of the place of installation or the fixed/floating IP, you can access your own space through the domain. The user then can directly use the domain of choice with simple entries without a complicated process, and through a unique domain, company, shopping mall, club, and community websites can be operated. [Mail server] When the technology is used as a mail server, you can manage your own mail regardless of time and place. As POP3 is supported, if the receiving mail server is set in the Outlook program, you can receive mail regardless of volume, so you can receive large volume mails without having any mail refused due to volume. For sending email, the mail server of the Internet service line of the user can be used for sending the message directly from Outlook. As a result, personal mail will not be treated as spam. [GIGA Mail] Links to large files can be sent from Webfolder and Wise explorer using Gigamail. It doesn't matter the file size. You can send only file link by e-mail. The GIGA mail recipient can simply click the link without logging in WISEGIGA to download the file. When using this way, you you don't need to make share folder, only check the file and send e-mail. That's all to share file. [IP Sharing] An Internet router for sharing up to 253 IPs is built in. Without installing a separate router, the built-in, high performance Internet router of Wisegiga can be used to conveniently expand Internet use. When connecting directly, four computers can share the Internet. Additionally, by connecting a hub, up to 253 computers can share the Internet, so there is no need to purchase a separate router even if a large number of computers are sharing the Internet. [Windows Explorer] In the Windows Explorer environment, it can be used by designating the network driver, as in the case of C/D drive. This is a method of using the Windows Explorer that computer users are most familiar with, and just as is the case with the C/D driver of the computer, the user’s own exclusive folder and access-granted shared folders can be designated as the network drive. Virus checks can be run in the same manner as they are in a local drive; and by setting up a storage route for movie files, movies can be downloaded for viewing at home or anywhere else. We recommend to use local area network for this way. [Web Folder] Web Folder that can be connected through the Internet in any environment using the Explorer feature jump over the firewall environment. Anywhere you have Internet access; you can connect to the Web Folder, which allows access to one’s own storage space with Explorer, even in firewall environments. The user can personally change the password in the Web Folder, and can easily move data between folders using the copy and paste commands in the access window that shows both user exclusive folders and shared folders.
